Eric Lopoten is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Eric concentrates his practice in banking and corporate finance transactions.
Eric joined Drinker Biddle in 2007 from Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where his practice focused on corporate finance and securities matters.
In General. Eric received his bachelor's degree in political science from Emory University in 2001 and his J.D., cum laude, from The University of Miami School of Law in 2004, where he was an editor for the University of Miami Law Review. While in law school he served as a intern for the Federal Public Defender's Office, was a Dean's Merit Scholar, and a Dean's Fellow in Criminal Procedure. Eric is admitted to practice in New York. |
