Eric Nodine's practice involves a wide variety of general corporate and business law issues, with a focus on legal entity structuring and formation. A large part of his practice involves pre- and post-formation planning for small to medium-sized business entities, in an effort to streamline and carry out clients' objectives as they relate to the legal structure and conduct of their businesses. This experience also extends to matters involving shareholder management and succession planning.
Mr. Nodine also routinely represents clients who are buying, selling or restructuring ongoing business concerns. He represents clients with both asset and stock purchases, sales and reorganizations. Mr. Nodine advises clients on federal tax considerations associated with business entity organization, merger, transfer and dissolution. He also advises clients on appropriate corporate maintenance, shareholder agreements, shareholder rights and corporate officers' and directors' fiduciary concerns. |
