Eran brings a well-rounded history in finance, financial services, regulatory, and economic study to XMPie. Prior to joining XMPie, Eran was CFO of Nuvisio Corporation where he was responsible for the company s overall budget, accounting policies, and financial reporting. In addition, Eran was a key member of the team responsible for the successful acquisition of Nuvisio by XMPie. Prior, Eran was manager of advisory business services for the high technology industry with Ernst & Young s Tel-Aviv division. While at Ernst & Young, Eran was responsible for auditing annual reports of Israeli companies traded in the United States, auditing of privately and publicly held Israeli companies, as well as performing financial due diligence on technology companies. Eran s background also includes a lecturing engagement with The Tel-Aviv University. |
