Enzo is the Chief Information Officer for the North America Custom Research business of Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS), a position he assumed in January 2006. He is responsible for leading the N. A. Custom Research’s Information Technology organization in enabling the Market Research Firm of the Future through applied advance technology and integrated business functionality. He is also responsible for setting the technology direction and integrating services across North America into a cohesive, homogeneous set of services in support of business growth. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Enzo plays an important role in the growth and success of the business through applied technology.
Prior to joining TNS, Enzo served as CIO/Senior Vice President for 1-800-FLOWERS.COM from 2000 through 2006, where he was responsible for overseeing all technology plans and programs for the online retailer and its eight subsidiaries. Enzo helped 1-800-FLOWERS.COM identify key leverage points in e-commerce, aligned IT and business goals, and also drove improvements in inventory and order fulfillment.
Before joining 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Enzo served as CTO for Inslogic, a business-to-business software provider supporting financial institutions and internet portals serving the insurance industry. He has also held key IT roles at Chase Manhattan Bank, PriceWaterhouse Coopers Consulting, Deloitte & Touche, and Chemical Bank.
