Emmanuel Walckenaer, Vice President of Intelligent Device Services. He joined Wavecom in 2007. As the senior executive in charge of the Remote Device Management Service business, Mr. Walckenaer brings nearly 20 years of experience in service-business management to Wavecom. During his ten-year career at Gemplus now Gemalto, he created the Over-the-Air software offer -- complete with a support hotline and training unit. He also headed-up the EMEA wireless service branch and set-up the North and South American Gemplus service organization to support both telecom and ID Security. At Gemplus he also served as Senior VP for the Wireless Product-Telecom Business Unit . Prior to Gemplus, he worked with Esso where he helds various positions in the field of IT, marketing and business development. Mr. Walckenaer is a French national and holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale, Paris. |
