Emma has been with yet2.com for five years and manages the European region, generating new business and delivering on exploitation and acquisition licensing projects. Emma has managed many Fortune 500 accounts including Philips, DSM, Agfa, Bayer and Unilever as well as working with small and medium sized companies. Emma has over 10 years of business and management experience, working in business development, marketing, internal sales and contract management positions. In addition to this she has a BA Honours Degree from Manchester University with a background in Healthcare Studies. Prior to yet2.com, Emma spent four years managing the European office of a global print and packaging machinery supplier (United Container Machinery). Emma was responsible for management and deployment of sales and service teams for Europe. Responsibilities included developing key customer relations and end to end execution of capital equipment contracts from point of sale to installation and after sales service. Areas of recent focus with yet2.com have been utilizing the European network to drive technology acquisition and exploitation for yet2.com's global clients, facilitating technology transfer deals. Emma has worked on a wide range of IP consulting projects, from technology and technology need identification and evaluation, marketing and target strategy development, to generating and facilitating cross industry/regional connections for potential deal activities. Recent projects have been in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Woundcare and Consumer products areas. |
