Emma Hawkins-Haile is a Director with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Drawing on experience in leadership development and global search, Emma identifies candidates who fit clients’ long-term leadership and cultural requirements. As a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, Emma focuses on assisting asset management, capital markets, and risk management clients. She has identified senior talent for positions based in the world’s major financial centers including group heads, managing partners, portfolio managers, and senior general management. Emma also specializes in conducting assignments for credit portfolio management and quantitative analytics. Emma’s search experience includes being a member of the Heidrick & Struggles Financial Services Practice. During her tenure at TMP Executive Search, she was in its Capital Markets Practice. Her industry expertise was developed while with The Trafalgar Partnership, where she specialized in risk management and quantitative analytics. Previously she was Executive Director of Sheffield International in its Equity Capital Markets area. She joined the firm as Head of Research. Emma gained first-hand knowledge of leadership requirements and assessment as Managing Partner with Gravitas UK, a leading independent leadership development firm.
