Emily is an associate in the business law department and focuses her practice on employee benefits. She has experience in a wide range of employee benefit and executive compensation issues, including issues related to corporate mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients with respect to the design, implementation and administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and welfare benefit programs. Emily also provides clients with advice on compliance with reporting and disclosure requirements, COBRA benefit continuation rights, and HIPAA portability, nondiscrimination, privacy and security issues.
