Emily Twarogal’s experience as Customer Service Manager at Mi made her transition into Account Executive an ideal fit. As Customer Service manager she was responsible for the growth, development and management of the customer service department and its representatives. She maintains direct relationships with key accounts on a daily basis.
Twarogal began working for Mi while still in school. After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, she began working full time as a Customer Service Representative. Her hands-on experience makes her an invaluable asset to Marketing Informatics and a service advocate for the clients she serves.
Twarogal’s passion for building strong relationships through impeccable customer service is key to fostering a solid working relationship with her clients. She spends her free time scuba diving, dancing and reading. |
