Emily L. Yates
Profile : Emily Yates is an associate in the Labor and Employment Law Group where she represents national and regional clients in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a summer associate for Bose McKinney & Evans. Ms. Yates received her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2007 where she was on the Dean's List, a student member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, a note development editor for the Indiana Law Review and a board member of the Dean's Tutorial Society. She earned her bachelor of arts in political science, summa cum laude, and a bachelor of arts in history, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2004. While studying at the University of Georgia, Ms. Yates was a Presidential Scholar and a member of the Dean's List. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and before the Federal Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
