A member of the California Bar since 1999, Emily Yukich is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Folger Levin & Kahn LLP. She is a graduate of Kenyon College (B.A., with high honors in English, magna cum laude, 1982; Phi Beta Kappa) and the University of Southern California (J.D., 1999). Following law school, Ms. Yukich clerked for Judge George H. King, United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Yukich serves on the Editorial Board of Business Law News, a publication of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California. |
