Emily A. Piendak’s practice primarily involves defending manufacturers in a variety of litigation matters. She has experience in products liability and mass tort litigation involving multiple parties and multiple claims, including claims alleging occupational exposures to asbestos, silica, and other allegedly hazardous substances. Ms. Piendak also represents policyholders (including a number of large publicly traded and privately held companies) in insurance-related disputes and has experience handling commercial disputes and premises liability cases on both the local and national level. Ms. Piendak is a graduate of Boston College Law School.
