Emily A. Kaller is a partner of the firm in its Litigation Department. Ms. Kaller’s practice focuses on all aspects of federal and state commercial litigation, including complex commercial litigation and chancery practice. Ms. Kaller is a graduate of The New School for Social Research (1993), and received her law degree with high honors from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark (1997). She served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson, U.S. District Judge, from 1997 to 1998. Ms. Kaller is a member of the Federal Bar Association for the District of New Jersey, American Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. |
