Elyse H. Wolff is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, where she served as a summer associate in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wolff graduated magna cum laude from University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree (2001) and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key National Honor Society, and Psi Chi (Psychology National Honor Society). With high honors, she earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law Camden (2007), where she was a member of the Jewish Law Students Association and American Bar Association. As a member of the Rutgers Law Journal, she published a case comment on Constitutional Law and the Judicial Branch regarding the Delaware Supreme Court’s 2005 decision in Evans vs. State. s. Wolff served as judicial intern for the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson, United States Department of Justice, District of New Jersey, Camden, New Jersey. She also served as a research assistant for professor Elizabeth Hillman at Rutgers University School of Law - Camden. Ms. Wolff externed for one year for the New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Virginia Long. Ms. Wolff is admitted to practice in New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. |
