Ellis A. Regenbogen is Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel USG Corporation.
Mr. Regenbogen is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law and Dartmouth College.
Before joining USG in 2006 as Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel Mr. Regenbogen served as Associate General Counsel - Securities and Governance for Sears Holding Corporation. He has also served as Deputy General Counsel and Secretary of Columbia Pictures Industries.
Mr. Regenbogen is an educator having served on the faculty for the Practicing Law Institute's 2006 Preparation of Annual Disclosure Documents Program in Chicago. He also presented Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Selected Aspects of the Lawyer's Role in Corporate Governance at The John Marshall Law School Corporate Law Association symposium in 2005.
Mr. Regenbogen has served as General Counsel (pro bono) of Young Audiences of North Texas Inc. and is a past President and Director for the USA Film Festival in Dallas. |
