Ellen Reiser is a Director with the Executive Search division of Cook Associates, Inc. With over 15 years of experience in the retained executive search industry, Ellen is skilled at developing business and executing senior level assignments, including C-level executive searches. She has conducted assignments globally, across all functional areas, for a diverse range of industries including Traditional and New Media, Entertainment, Consumer and Retail, Fashion, Luxury, Marketing Services, Financial Services and Technology. Ellen is known for her spot-on assessment of cultural fit and her ability to identify out-of-the-box candidates. Her reputation is founded on a passionate, hands-on commitment to quality client service. Prior to joining Cook Associates, Inc., Ellen held Senior Consultant roles with Ray & Berndston and earlier with Gundersen Partners where she focused on consumer businesses and launched the firm’s Not-For-Profit practice. Ellen has served as a Principal with Thorndike Deland Associates and began her career with Halbrecht & Company. Ellen holds a BA degree in Psychology from SUNY Albany.
