Cheryl is an accomplished Organizational Development professional with well-developed skills and proven expertise in organizational assessment, program design, and process management consulting with an emphasis on diversity. Her experiences include working in Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Publishing. Past corporate positions include UTC/Sikorsky Aircraft where she initiated training for start-up Quality Circles in a manufacturing and engineering environment and provided ongoing facilitation of quality teams employing process improvement tools. She also worked at CIGNA, where she provided large scale internal change consulting to the Employee Benefits and Financial Services division of this Fortune 500 insurance company. Most recently, before beginning a private practice in executive coaching and organizational development, Cheryl worked at AOL Time-Warner, where she led initiatives that identified and developed critical success competencies for leadership and high potential talent within the Time Inc. publishing division of this world class entertainment company. That role included coaching senior management by providing leadership development planning for the division’s top 200 executives.Cheryl has a Doctorate in Psychology from Wright State University, including a Pre-Doctoral Fellowship in Organizational Consulting at Yale. She holds a Master of Education from Loyola University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California. She is a licensed psychologist, holds a certificate in Organizational Consulting from the National Training Laboratory and is certified in a number of assessment instruments. |
