Ellen joined the firm in 1994. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and Colorado. Her practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, corporate and commercial finance including:
real estate structured finance, mezzanine and junior participating debt in connection with retail, office, industrial park, senior housing, multi-family residential and single family residential real estate developments;
real estate acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage loans and credit enhancement facilities;
real estate loan portfolio acquisitions and mortgage-backed securitizations; and
corporate finance transactions, lines of credit, syndicated loan transactions, senior and subordinated debt facilities, private offerings, asset based loans, asset-backed securitizations, and credit enhancement and liquidity facilities.
She also concentrates on all aspects of real estate acquisition, development, construction and disposition transactions.
Ellen's clients include national banks, financial institutions, pension funds and other lenders and real estate institutions and developers.
