Ms. Duncan joined STG in 2005, bringing 20 years experience in general business and human resources management to the organization. Ms. Duncan is responsible for directing and facilitating all aspects of STG's functional and strategic human resources and communications-related activities. A subject matter expert in the areas of HR policy, compliance and administration, employee and organizational relations, and 'employer of choice' health and welfare programs, she has worked within a variety of organizational structures and industries for both the public and private sector over the course of her career. Ms. Duncan is SPHR certified by the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
