As Vice President of Corporate Development, Ellen is responsible for employee development and training. Ellen is a DDI Certified Trainer and spearheads our continuous improvement efforts. Other responsibilities include developing and measuring customer surveys, organizing company events, and managing the employee rewards and recognition program. Ellen has more than twelve years experience in the office furniture industry and plays an intricate role in the Steelcase Authorization process, the Steelcase Exemplary Performance Award process, Dealer World Class Performance evaluations, and the WBENC Certification process. Ellen is the third generation in her family to be involved with the management of Arbee Associates. |
