Professional Summary
Ms. Chamulak has practiced in the Wills, Trusts & Estates department at Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs LLP since April 1998. She has extensive experience in estate planning as well as all aspects of trusts and estate administration. She has appeared before the Surrogate’s Courts of various counties in New York and New Jersey.
Ms. Chamulak counsels clients with respect to estate planning and has experience in preparing such documents as wills, life insurance trust agreements, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable remainder trusts and supplemental needs trusts.
Ms. Chamulak also has extensive experience in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns and in representing estates and clients before the Internal Revenue Service, with issues pertaining to estate, gift, and income tax.
Additionally, Ms. Chamulak worked on pro bono assignments from The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the City Bar Fund to assist victims of September 11th.
Prior to her work at Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs LLP, Ms. Chamulak was an associate at the law offices of Walter J. Handelman in White Plains, New York from March 1992 through April 1998.
