Elizabeth H. Weatherman is a Managing Director of Warburg Pincus LLC, where she has been a member of the health care group since 1988. She is responsible for Warburg Pincus' medical device investment activities.
Ms. Weatherman currently serves on the board of directors of two other publicly held companies: Kyphon Inc. and ev3 Inc. Ms. Weatherman also serves on the compensation committee of each of the foregoing boards. |
