Elizabeth Hearey is a senior associate in the Pleasanton office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Ms. Hearey represents California public school districts and county offices of education in all aspects of education. Her area of focus in school law includes personnel and facilities. She previously served for 11 years as a Deputy County Counsel in Contra Costa County and later advised and represented several cities. Ms. Hearey earned her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. Ms. Hearey is a member of the California State Bar and a contributor to The Legal Handbook for California School Administrators, a desk-top reference guide for public school administrators. |
