Liz serves as ESC's Vice-President of Human Resources for ESC's customer's, their employees, and ESC's internal staff. Liz joined ESC in January of 1999. Prior to that she served as a Human Resources Consultant for ESC in a similar capacity. Liz's background includes 12 years of Human Resources experience with Wegman's Food Markets, one of the Top 100 Companies to work for in the United States. During her tenure, Liz served as the Buffalo Division Diversity Coordinator and was recognized multiple times by the Mayor and County Executive for her personal commitment in support of community diversity initiatives. Liz graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo where she majored in Business and Human Resources.
Liz brings over 21 years of human resources experience to the ESC Executive Team. Her role is to provide support for our customers most important assets, their employees, through ESC's three-component approach to managing human resources. This includes ESC's HR Prevention Management, HR University, and On-Going Support systems. She has proven to be an integral part of each of our Customer's management teams in support of their objective to grow profitably. |
