Elena Chkolnikova is a 1990 graduate of Kiev’s Institute of Foreign Languages, Ukraine, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Spanish languages. Ms. Chkolnikova received her Master’s Degree in Language Education from Rutgers University in 2000. She subsequently received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in 2004, where she was a member of the Newsletter Section of the school’s Bankruptcy Journal. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chkolnikova served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Howard H. Kestin, P.J.A.D. Ms. Chkolnikova is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and the State of New York. Her practice concentrates primarily in the area of labor and employment. Ms. Chkolnikova is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Labor and Employment Law Sections, and the American Bar Association. |
