Ms. Monson is a shareholder at Ray Quinney & Nebeker and is in the Firm's litigation, banking and bankruptcy sections. The primary focus of Ms. Monson's practice is commercial litigation, creditor's rights in bankruptcy and insurance liquidations. Ms. Monson has assisted clients in several large Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, including CF&I Fabrications, Geneva Steel, and USA Commercial Mortgage. Ms. Monson has also represented several national, regional and local banks in commercial litigation matters. Ms. Monson also serves as counsel to the liquidator of one of the largest insurance company liquidation cases filed in the United States.
