Elaine A. Kloss is the vice president, finance and treasurer of Hudson Highland Group. She is responsible for global treasury and risk management, financial planning and analysis, banking relationships, and investor relations.
Ms. Kloss has over 20 years of treasury and financial experience, having developed global treasury and cash management programs for various companies. Prior to joining Hudson Highland Group, Ms. Kloss was treasurer of NUI Utilities, Inc., a public company with natural gas distribution operations. Prior to that, she served as treasury associate for Resources Global Professionals, Inc., an international professional services firm, and served as vice president and treasurer with Ventiv Health, Inc., a diversified contract pharmaceutical sales company. Ms. Kloss also has held various treasury and financial positions at New York Life Insurance Company, Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc., AT&T and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. During her tenure at Seagram Ms. Kloss also had an expatriate assignment as the financial controller of Seagram Australia Pty. Ltd. in Sydney, Australia.
Ms. Kloss graduated from Georgetown University Graduate School (M.A. in Economics) and Alliance College (B.S. in Economics, Cum Laude).
Ms. Kloss is a board member of the Financial Women’s Association of New York, and a steering committee member of New York Treasurers’ Group. She is also a long-term member of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers. |
