Ms. Maragakis is a shareholder and director, and works in Ray Quinney & Nebeker’s litigation section. She has worked on a number of large, complex commercial litigation cases, ranging from business disputes to antitrust matters. In that capacity, she has tried a significant number of cases, and has experience managing complex disputes through trial.Ms. Maragakis is a Hiring Partner and co-chair of the Firm's Recruiting Committee.
Ms. Maragakis has been voted by her peers throughout the state as one of Utah's "Legal Elite" in the categories of Business Litigation and Pro Bono Work (as published in Utah Business Magazine).
