Eileen Schloss Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Eileen Schloss is executive vice president of human resources at Macrovision.
As executive vice president of human resources Eileen Schloss is responsible for developing Macrovision’s talent at all levels in order to support the execution of Macrovision’s strategy and build a culture of excellence centered on execution teamwork and customer focus.
Schloss is an HR veteran with more than 20 years in a corporate administrative function specializing in recruiting and developing company talent designing workforce infrastructures and executive development programs and establishing performance management practices.
Prior to joining Macrovision Schloss served as vice president of administration at Caspian Networks where she was responsible for HR IT legal real estate facilities and customer support. Prior to Caspian Schloss served as senior vice president of human resources at Exodus Communications and executive vice president of administration at AppGenesys. Prior to these roles Schloss was vice president of human resources for Apple Computer where she led a 180-person global HR organization. Schloss has also held senior-level positions at Charles Schwab Tandem Computers NEC Electronics Shugart Electronics and Hewlett Packard.
Schloss holds a Masters of Science degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from University of San Francisco. |
