Eileen Morgan is vice president of human resources for Delaware North Companies, Incorporated (DNC), a $1.6-billion privately held international company specializing in food service and hospitality management. She is responsible for all aspects of the corporate human resources function, including compensation, benefits, human resources information systems, employment, employee relations and organizational development.
Morgan first worked for DNC in 1987 as a corporate auditor. She left late 1990 to join The Raymond Corporation in Binghamton, N.Y. After several years in corporate audit, she was promoted to the position of human resources manager, a career move that eventually resulted in senior management positions with Gibson Greetings, Inc., in Cincinnati, Ohio., and ACTS Testing Labs, Inc., in Buffalo, N.Y. She returned to DNC in March 2001 as director of compensation and benefits.
She is a certified public accountant with a dual degree in accounting and human resources management from the State University of New York at Buffalo. |
