Eileen Sussman has 30 years experience in the information technology industry, with emphasis in government communication systems. She has a broad knowledge of the proposal process supporting both bidding organizations and government evaluators. She can perform a full range of acquisition activities, from capture manager to proposal manager to author.

Prior to joining Suss Consulting, Ms. Sussman held marketing and management positions with large system integrators. For Titan Systems, she led multiple proposal efforts and chaired numerous Red Teams. Also, she spent six months as the only industry member of a government cost panel, evaluating proposals for an agency-wide system. At GTE, Ms. Sussman was Capture Manager for the successful DSN Network Management Support (DNMSS-G) Network Engineering contract for DISA. In support of GTE's communications satellite business, she led the team that won major contracts with NASA, Naval Space Command and Army CECOM.

For SAIC, Telos Corporation and AMS, Ms. Sussman served as Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, Book Boss and Tiger Team lead on proposals to DoD, NASA, DISA, FBI, Applied Physics Lab, Naval Research Lab, GSA and others.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Sussman spent 15 years as a technical specialist in system design and implementation, and she worked as a statistician supporting scientific research and applications.
