Eileen A. Swenson, CPM, was appointed President of Tarragon Management, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Tarragon in September 2000. Ms. Swenson, the founder and President of Accord Ventures, Inc., has managed over one billion dollars in real estate in her 20-year career. In 1998 Ms. Swenson joined forces with Robert Rothenberg and Saul Spitz to form Accord Properties Associates, LLC to focus on the management of the Ansonia Apartments portfolio. Ms Swenson, a certified property manager (CPM), is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and former Vice President and Executive Board member of the Connecticut Chapter. An active member of the Connecticut Real Estate Exchange, Ms. Swenson teaches property management classes for the Connecticut Board of Realtors and local community colleges. |
