Edwin Thomas has been active in the Charlotte commercial real estate market since 1997. He is responsible for the coordination, management and brokerage of land and vertical development projects throughout the Charlotte region. This includes directing project due diligence and financial analysis, rezonings, planning and design, marketing and construction.Edwin is currently heading the marketing and development efforts at University East Business Park on E.W.T. Harris Boulevard, Mountain Island Village mixed-use project at Hwy. 16 and Rozzelle’s Ferry Road, Kellswater Commons, a 100+ acre commercial development on the Kannapolis Parkway off I-85, and a 182 acre mixed-used land development at I-485 and Rocky River Road. He is also handling the development of two industrial sites in Harrisburg Caldwell Business Park and Millbrook Road and marketing commercial out parcels and retail space for lease at Arrowood Village located at I-485 and Arrowood Road.Prior to joining Merrifield Partners in the fall of 2005, Edwin worked for RJS Properties, a private commercial investment/development company, and served as Project Manager for the Charlotte/Mecklenburg Development Corporation. Edwin is a Davidson College graduate and a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. |
