Edward Schlesinger leads the company's global audit team and provides financial and IT audit services to all of American Standard's businesses. He has overall responsibility for establishing and shaping policies and controls to maintain reporting accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ed joined American Standard in 1994 as senior accounting analyst and then served as manager of financial reporting. He was named assistant controller in 2000 and assumed his current position in August of 2006.
Prior to American Standard, Ed worked with Sea Land Service as a senior financial analyst and before that at General Instrument. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from Montclair State University and an MBA from St. John's University. |
