Mr. Nichols is an attorney with Nichols & Nichols in Denver, Colorado. He is authorized to practice in the states of Colorado and Kansas, the United States Federal Courts, and Supreme Court of the United States. He is also Managing managing Director director of Nichols & Company LLC, a management consulting firm. Prior to Nichols & Company, Mr. Nichols operated a successful national municipal bond law firm, which he sold after 15 years before moving to Denver.
