Edward Flood is a senior executive with over 15 years experience in creating, expanding and managing direct sales, channel sales and business development organizations with U.S. based technology firms. In addition to having expertise in international business affairs, including legal and contractual matters, securing joint ventures, and establishing new subsidiaries, he is highly skilled in start up and turnaround initiatives for national and international operations. Most recently, Edward founded SecurusNet, Inc., where he developed the concept for service offering, secured engineering and product development of third party services, and established channel partner agreements with medical imaging distributors. Under his leadership, the company secured $2M in funding before being sold within 4 years. Prior to this Edward held Senior Sales Executive roles at PCI Corporation, Intergenerational Planning, Lycos, InforMation Publishing, Switchboard, and Banyan Systems. Edward graduated from the University of Massachusetts- Amherst with his BA in Legal Studies. |
