Mr. Floyd has a broad range of experience in general commercial litigation. He has worked on a variety of matters ranging from construction disputes to insurance coverage litigation. He also has experience in matters involving issues of maritime and international law. He has served for over a decade in the U.S. Marine Corps as both an active duty and reserve officer, has had extensive international experience in Asia, the Middle East and Europe , and is proficient in Italian together with a working knowledge of French. Admitted to Bar: New York and New Jersey . He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy (B.S., with merit, 1996) and Fordham Law School (J.D. 2004; Staff Member, Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law). |
