o Representation of a national real estate development company in the acquisition, permitting, financing, construction and eventual disposition of a former military base in Massachusetts.
o Representation of a real estate investment trust in connection with the acquisition, development and permitting of numerous storage facilities throughout New England, including the development of projects in downtown Boston.
o Representation of a national pension fund advisor in the acquisition, development, permitting, construction, financing and disposition of build-to-suit biotechnology facilities, hi-tech facilities and office space in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and several other states.
o Representation of a national real estate development and operating company in the acquisition, development, construction and financing of hotels, mixed use projects, office buildings and residential properties throughout the City of Boston.
