Ned Boehm concentrates his practice in the areas of antitrust, trade regulation, franchising and business law. He has conducted antitrust compliance meetings for management personnel for numerous clients, and has handled a number of federal and state antitrust investigations of clients including federal (Department of Justice) criminal grand jury investigations and FTC civil investigations. Mr. Boehm also provides antitrust and managed care advice to health care provider clients in connection with merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, physician networks and physician hospital organizations.
