Edward was appointed to the CallTower Board of Directors in 2006. He currently is an Advisory Director at Morgan Stanley, where his credentials as a policy specialist and valuable insight into the telecommunications industry are important to CallTower as the company continues its rapid growth and market leadership in the hosted communications market for growing businesses. Mr. Greenberg has more than 20 years of telecommunications experience. Previously, he was head of Edward M. Greenberg Associates, a telecommunications consulting firm. Before founding this firm, Mr. Greenberg was a principal in Morgan Stanley's equity research department responsible for covering the telecommunications services industry. He has also served as a telecommunications policy specialist with the National Telecommunications and Information Administration and as an economist with the Federal Communications Commission. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was with Stanford C. Bernstein & Co. As a research analyst, Mr. Greenberg was a member of the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team from 1984 to 1991. |
