Mr. Warner is a Project Manager at LEEI. Mr. Warner has over 20 years experience performing environmental site assessments, hazardous waste site investigations, subsurface investigations and site remediation at various confirmed and suspected petroleum and hazardous waste sites throughout the New England area. In addition to project management, field management, proposal and report preparation responsibilities, Mr. Warner has acted as Site Health & Safety Officer at many hazardous waste site locations. Mr. Warner has over eighteen years experience managing projects under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) including; Immediate Response Actions (IRAs); Release Abatement Measures (RAMs); Limited Removal Actions (LRAs); MCP Phase I, Phase II Phase III and Phase IV site assessments/investigations; Downgradient Property Status Opinions; and Response Action Outcome Statements (RAOs). Mr. Warner has performed site remediation utilizing various cleanup technologies including; excavation, pump & treat, in-situ and ex-situ bioremediation, and chemical oxidation. Mr. Warner received a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science from the University of Massachusetts in 1983. He also received an Associates of Science in Environmental Science from Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute in 1978. |
