Mr. Kondracki's experience covers a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters. He has litigated numerous patent, trademark and unfair competition cases. In addition, Mr. Kondracki has served as a patent expert in several litigated matters. His experience includes over 40 years of counseling in domestic and international patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition causes, and he has been recognized in Virginia Business as one of "Virginia's Legal Elite" in Intellectual Property matters.
