Edward J. Gibbons, was appointed a Director of iQVP in November 1999. Mr. Gibbons also serves as Chairman Emeritus of Gibbons & Sullivan Consulting, Inc., where he was President and CEO from 1995 until 1996. Prior to his retirement in 1998, Mr. Gibbons was engaged as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Northeast Territory of RPR Correspondent Clearing Services.
He was the Director of Institutional Operations for Instinet Corporation from 1996 to 1997 and Dean Witter from 1983 until 1989. Mr. Gibbons was Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Northeast Territory for Midwest Security Clearance Company from 1989 until 1995. He was a Senior Vice President, Northeast Territory, for Mannie Nolan Associates from 1979 until 1983. Mr. Gibbons was employed as a Manager at Smith Barney from 1969 until 1979.
