He has more than twenty years experience in implementing security devices into the gaming industry, including a radical new design of the tokens and token acceptors used by many casinos worldwide. From 1989-1999, Mr. Bell was Vice-President of the Olde Philadelphia Mint. In 1999, Mr. Bell formed Educational Computer Company, which consults with Coin Mechanisms, Inc. and Kilmartin Industries, Inc. Mr. Bell holds over a dozen patents in the fields of fluidics, mechanics and electronics. |
