Ed s credentials include working with companies operating in technologically dependent industries, such as telecommunications, voice-over-the-internet, software development, and internet-based entities. Ed has helped clients effectively examine critical entity data through audits of computerized data systems and controls, and brings to his clients extensive knowledge of accounting issues related to revenue recognition and equity transactions. Prior to joining WISS, Ed was an inspection specialist with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. |
