Mr. Winn has served as a director of Endwave since July 2000, and was elected non-executive Chairman of the Board in January 2005. From March 1992 to January 2000, Mr. Winn served in various capacities with TriQuint Semiconductor, a semiconductor manufacturer, most recently as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Winn served in various capacities with Avantek, most recently as Product Group Vice President. Mr. Winn received a B.S. in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Winn serves as a member of the board of directors of Volterra Semiconductor Corporation and NASSDA Corporation. |
