Ed joined the firm as a partner in January 2008 after successfully operating his own practice for 30 years. His more than 37 years of accounting experience includes account administration, review and compilation engagements for commercial, non-profit and government sector clients, tax preparation and tax planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, LLCs and non-profit organizations. An alumnus of an international accounting firm, Ed graduated from Duquesne University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. He became a CPA in 1973, and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ed is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp Reserve and is a member of the finance council of his church and a trustee of United American Savings Bank. In the past, Ed served as the finance chairman of the Brashear Association; was a board member of the Birmingham Foundation; and served as treasurer of the South Side Lions Club, South Side Chamber of Commerce, and the South Side Local Development Corporation. |
