Edward Sushko joined ProObject in 1996 and is an example of our employee empowerment policy. During his tenure, Ed has embraced the freedom to develop business opportunities, as well as the infrastructure, that have fostered and supported the company's steady growth. Ed receives constant encouragement to pursue his goals and states, "Rising to the challenge of helping to make ProObject a successful company and a great place to work makes me feel excited about coming to work everyday."A member of the leadership team, Ed Sushko serves as ProObject's Director of Operations (DOO) and the Software Support Services Practice Leader. As DOO, he is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations including: contracts, accounting, human resources, security, recruiting, and facilities. Ed frequently serves as program manager, ensuring that ProObject consultants meet the needs of their clients and effectively contribute to their success. Ed Sushko has more than 24 years of technical consulting and management service within the Intelligence Community. While his knowledge is expansive, his primary experience is in developing collection systems in various UNIX environments with an emphasis in graphical user interfaces. During his career he has also developed and deployed numerous systems to overseas locations. He served a two year overseas assignment which gives him a unique insight and appreciation for his clients needs. Ed is an active member of the community who dedicates his time to local schools and charitable organizations. He participates in an Interview for Success Program that teachs young people the interviewing skills needed to enter the job market. Edward Sushko received his B.S. in information systems management from the University of Maryland at College Park and is a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEEE). |
