Mr. Dávila is a key contributor to Pluris Energy with extensive technical and business experience in the Argentine energy industry over his 35 year career. Mr. Dávila possesses expertise in the areas of Argentine energy industry business development, legislation and deregulation and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dávila previously held the position of National Director of Resources for the Under-secretary of Fuels, Secretary of Energy, Ministry of Economy and Public Works, Argentina. Mr. Dávila also participated in the preparation and writing of Argentina's upstream environmental rules and new hydrocarbons laws as well as creating the protocols implemented for Argentine energy integration with Chile, Bolivia and Uruguay. Mr. Dávila holds a degree as an Electronics Engineer from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba as well as a degree in Oil Engineering, Specialized in Geophysics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. |
