Eduardo Padilla Silva joined FEMSA in 1997, and in 2001 he was named Chief Executive Officer of FEMSA Comercio which includes OXXO. Prior to that, Mr. Silva served as FEMSA’s Director of Strategic Procurement and Director of Strategic Planning.
Before joining FEMSA, Mr. Padilla Silva served as Chief Executive Officer of Terza, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Grupo ALFA, from 1987 to 1997.
Mr. Padilla Silva earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from ITESM and a master’s degree in business administration from Cornell University. He also has completed master’s courses at IPADE. |
